DBSA subsidy Subsidy Information DBSA will subsidise 50% of the course fee (up to $80) for Sweeps and Coaches as part of their accreditation requirements. This subsidy applies to both metropolitan and regional Clubs if the course is taken outside of DBSA's offerings. Reimbursement for CPR is only covered with the full First Aid Course.
